That is exactly what it is for. Send your design from the last step and a designer will check it against your measurements, suggest improvements and come back to you with a fixed quote.

Always. Before anything is made we survey the room properly — walls, windows, services and any out-of-square corners — so every unit and filler is cut to fit.

Your quote is fixed once the room has been surveyed and the design agreed. If you change the design after that, we will show you exactly what the change costs before we go ahead.

In our own workshop in Blackburn. Cabinets and fronts are cut, edged and assembled on site, which is how we control the quality and the delivery date.

It depends on the size of the job and the range you choose. We give you a fitting date with your quote and keep you updated as your furniture is made.

Yes. We plan appliances, worktops, splashbacks and LED lighting as part of the design and fit them as one job, so the finished room comes together in one go.

Yes — eaves, alcoves, bay windows and awkward corners are where made-to-measure furniture earns its keep. Everything is built to your room, not to a standard size.

Yes. We build in electric fires from about 1 metre to 1.8 metres wide, with the wiring, ventilation gaps and LED lighting planned in from the start.

We set the TV height from where you sit, so it is comfortable to watch. You can try different sizes and heights in the media wall designer first.

You are welcome to drop in during opening hours, but booking a visit means a designer will be free to spend proper time with you.
